About the Job

This role involves preparing monthly management accounts, maintaining accounting records, and supporting the financial team. The successful candidate will engage with key stakeholders across the organisation and play a critical role in process improvement and financial accuracy.

Duties will include:

  • Preparation and timely reporting of monthly management accounts.
  • Month-end journal analysis and posting in accordance with the monthly close schedule.
  • Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and resolution of discrepancies.
  • Maintaining the fixed asset register and related files.
  • Assisting operational staff with accounting queries.
  • Supporting the Group Reporting team during the annual statutory audit.
  • Proactively identifying areas for process improvement.
