About the Role:
In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of the company’s finance function, responsible for managing day-to-day operations, refining financial structures, enhancing controls, and driving automation efficiencies. You will be the key point of contact for all finance-related matters, enabling the CFO to focus on strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations, including month-end close, management reporting, AP/AR, VAT, payroll, and year-end processes
- Lead a small but efficient team, fostering a collaborative environment while setting a solid financial foundation for future growth
- Take full ownership of the finance function, driving process improvements and playing a vital role in the company’s scale-up journey
