We are seeking a highly skilled Interim Financial Controller to join a globally recognised organisation. This role offers a unique chance to shape the financial future of a forward-thinking company.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all accounting and finance operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Prepare timely and accurate management and statutory financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Develop and maintain robust financial control frameworks.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage international financial operations, ensuring global compliance.
- Drive finance system improvements and process optimisation.
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with up to 10 years PQE.
- Proven expertise in IFRS, tax compliance, and financial regulations.
- Strong analytical and strategic decision-making skills.
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in systems implementation or process improvement is a plus.
