Description
- Preparation and analysis of financial reports
- Support the Finance Manager with Statutory accounts reporting
- Preparation and posting of month end journals
- Management of monthly and annual closing activities
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to management
- Assist in internal and external audit processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial control
- Collaborate with other departments to drive business performance
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional accounting certification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent)
- Proficiency in financial reporting and management accounting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations
- Proficiency in using accounting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
