Exciting Opportunity: Management Accountant

Location: Bracknell, 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home. Type: Permanent, Full-time

I’m working with a fast-growing company in a dynamic sector that’s expanding its finance team and looking for a talented Management Accountant. If you’re a part-qualified accountant with a passion for financial reporting, process improvement, and stakeholder management, this could be the ideal role for you!

The Role:As a Management Accountant, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of monthly accounts and collaborating with various teams to drive financial success. You’ll also support the integration of acquisitions and play a key role in process improvements and financial controls across the business.

Key Responsibilities:• Prepare monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis• Support financial integration of newly acquired businesses• Assist with preparing annual statutory accounts and managing external audits• Work closely with stakeholders to improve financial reporting processes and controls• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and maintain accurate documentation• Lead or support ad hoc financial projects, including system upgrades and testing

What We’re Looking For:• Part-Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)• A proactive, solutions-focused approach• Experience in preparing financial statements is a plus• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask• Strong Excel skills and finance systems experience
