We are representing a modern growing accountancy practice based in the Reading area who are looking for a Management Accountant to join their team.
The practice is growing fast, therefore the right individual will enjoy working in a fast-paced team and who can quickly develop a good rapport with clients. This role will suit an experienced accountant who enjoys working with a portfolio of clients. UK practice experience is essential.

- Regular meetings with clients
- Essential to have excellent communication skills and enjoys building long-term relationships with clients

- This role is suitable for an ACA,ACCA OR CIMA qualified candidate. You should have experience of a variety of accounting systems, for example, QuickBooks, Xero and/or Sage.
- Salary up to £45,000 - £55,000 OTE + Bonus + free parking
- Flexible, hybrid working, team are typically in office 1-3 days per week
