Job title: Senior Cost Engineer

41.91 PAYE
56.31 Umbrella
Location: Aldermaston
Hours of work: 37 hours per week
Applicants must have experience of the following:
- Experience preparing budgets, forecasts and cost reports
- Experience analysing market trends and reporting on them
- Experience developing PCB's
- IT literate
- Experience operating as a cost engineer
Role information:

- Conduct SPI and CPI variance analysis and root cause analysis and provide recommendations and recovery planning in accordance with monthly reporting timescales
- Establish the project cost breakdown structure and prepare cost studies using historical data
- Provide market trend data to the project manager alongside any related recommendations
- Analyse and track resource usage and constraints and make recommendations to the project manager
- Implement processes and procedures to ensure data quality
- Prepare and control forecasts and budgets
- Prepare cost reports
