Orka Financial is currently working with a business based in Reading that is looking to recruit a Senior Management Accountant. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-orientated Management Accountant to ensure the completeness and accuracy of accounting records and financial reporting for the business, whilst also providing support to all colleagues. You will manage month end, audit, budgeting, forecast, statutory accounts preparation and internal business partnering relationships. You will also have line management responsibility, providing support and guidance to colleagues.
Duties include,
Managing the production of the monthly management accounts
Provision of financial analysis and variance analysis
Managing budgeting and forecasting processes
Managing the audit process
Assisting with Statutory financial statements preparation
This is varied role that would suit a qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with solid management accounting experience. The role is based in Reading and operates hybrid working (3 days a week office based) The role is paying £50000 + benefits.
