Accounts Payable Assistant

Full-time position; Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week

Based in Basingstoke

REED Business Support are actively recruiting on behalf of an established organisation for a permanent Accounts Payable Assistant.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with previous experience in an accounts-based role.

As an Accounts Payable Assistant your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Manage Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable for two entities

- Purchase Reqs

- Purchase Orders

- Invoice Approvals

- Processing of Invoices

- Statements

- Reconcile any discrepancies or errors identified by conversing with suppliers and your peers.

- Work closely with Finance Assistant and Finance Manager
