Accounts Assistant - Theale - £13 - £15 per hour + holiday pay - 2/3 month contract (potential of permanent work)
I am currently recruiting for a leading business based in Theale who require an Accounts Assistant on an interim basis. This is a varied role working for a growing business.
Key duties:
- Credit Control
- Maintenance of Customer Correspondence and Files
- Resolve Query Invoices/Sales Orders
- Bad Debt Reports
- Generate Manual Invoices where necessary
- Process Intercompany Recharges
- Review of Sales Orders on Hold
- Posting of Purchase Ledger Invoices
- Reconciliation of Supplier Invoices against PO's and Delivery Notes
- Maintenance of Goods Received/Returned Notes
- Posting of D/D Payments into Purchase Ledger through Cashbook
- Payment Run
- Supplier Statement Reconciliation
What you will need to be successful:
- Experience with Sage 200 would be an advantage
- Intermediate/Advanced level of Excel
- Able to take initiative and work with minimal supervision.
