- Print, log, and process invoices on Sage.
- Manage credit control and assist with monthly management reports.
- Help with bank reconciliations and weekly payment runs.
- Process expense claims, VAT checks, and supplier statement reconciliations.
- Provide cover as needed and assist with internal process improvements.
- Must have Sage AND Xero OR QuickBooks experience.
- Strong communication skills and a personable, bubbly personality.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Must be a graduate with 2 years of work experience.
