Description
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly financial statements
- Supporting with budget preparation and forecasting
- Maintaining and updating financial records
- Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance
- Processing invoices and expense reports
- Assisting with tax returns
- Providing financial advice to support decision making
- Liaising with external auditors
Profile
A successful Assistant Accountant should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of financial regulations and standards
