Accommodation Services Coordinator (Administrative & Front Desk Support)

Are you an organised and people-focused professional with strong administrative skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service?

We are currently seeking an Accommodation Services Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our accommodation service. This key role combines front-of-house reception duties with a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and professional experience for our residents and support to our Accommodation Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, and external stakeholders
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general housing enquiries in a professional manner
  • Coordinate viewings and site inductions for new tenants
  • Manage key exchanges, including liaising with hospital departments
  • Assist with tenancy matters and process maintenance requests
  • Support the Accommodation Manager and team with a variety of admin duties
  • Keep internal systems updated and assist with marketing accommodation
  • Ensure all procedures are followed and confidentiality is maintained

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or front-of-house/customer service role
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Comfortable using IT systems and maintaining accurate records
  • A positive, flexible attitude and a willingness to support wider team needs
  • Experience in a housing, property, facilities or accommodation setting
