Accommodation Services Coordinator (Administrative & Front Desk Support)
Are you an organised and people-focused professional with strong administrative skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service?
We are currently seeking an Accommodation Services Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our accommodation service. This key role combines front-of-house reception duties with a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and professional experience for our residents and support to our Accommodation Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, and external stakeholders
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general housing enquiries in a professional manner
- Coordinate viewings and site inductions for new tenants
- Manage key exchanges, including liaising with hospital departments
- Assist with tenancy matters and process maintenance requests
- Support the Accommodation Manager and team with a variety of admin duties
- Keep internal systems updated and assist with marketing accommodation
- Ensure all procedures are followed and confidentiality is maintained
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in an administrative or front-of-house/customer service role
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Comfortable using IT systems and maintaining accurate records
- A positive, flexible attitude and a willingness to support wider team needs
- Experience in a housing, property, facilities or accommodation setting
