My well established Design Agency Client is urgently recruiting for an Administrator, based in Reading full-time, the chosen Candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of their office. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, support project teams with administrative tasks, and maintain the efficiency of the workplace. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, contractors, and visitors, providing excellent customer service.
  • Assist the office with document preparation, data entry, and filing, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Organise and coordinate events, team meetings, and training sessions.
  • Facilities management knowledge.
  • Maintain and update internal systems, such as project tracking tools and contact databases.
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to contracts.
  • Support HR and finance functions, including time-sheet tracking, invoicing, and expense reports.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role / previous office experience.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Professional demeanour with a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a creative, fast-paced environment.
