To provide efficient and effective administrative support, ensuring the accurate management, organization, and processing of documents across the business. The Admin Assistant will be responsible for maintaining document control systems, ensuring compliance with company policies, and assisting with the daily administrative tasks to support the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and responding to inquiries.
- Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate records, both electronic and paper-based.
- Preparing and organizing documents, reports, and other administrative materials.
- Coordinating meetings and appointments, including scheduling and calendar management.
- Supporting office operations with tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing materials.
- Managing office supplies inventory and coordinating orders as necessary.
- Assisting with preparing presentations and reports for management.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution.
- Assisting other team members with general administrative tasks and projects as required.
- Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with company policies.
