FOH Client Services - Property £26k + 15% bonus based on performance An excellent opportunity for a proactive candidate with the ability to multi-task and delivering 5 star client service. The client is a global Real Estate company with multiple commercial office spaces across the UK. You will support the Centre Manager in their Reading site. You will have proven experience ideally within a client-facing role and strong admin skills. The Role:•         Welcoming visitors, offering refreshments and building rapport with guests •         Managing incoming mail; Inc. signing and managing deliveries•         Manage Mailbox and Virtual office customers•         Maintaining log of guests, contractors and attendees for fire log•         Resolve any concerns or problems regarding the business centre experience, office set up and IT •         Enhance the customer journey – build and strengthen rapport•         Coordinate and organise customer engagement activities •         Promote and encourage site networking and event participation•         Identify opportunities to link customers and their businesses with one another•         Manage relationships; encourage positive reviews and oversee complaints•         Conducting viewings and sales •         Encourage and promote ESG interactivity and engagement•         Devise regular fun and engaging activities to hold within the Business Centre•         Support social media activity – content, pictures & videos for followers•         Answering and managing calls and enquiriesEssential requirements:
