Mandarin speaking Administration Specialist-Reading - What You'll be Doing:

  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
  • Greeting office visitors and directing them to the appropriate parties.
  • Handling basic office tasks, such as filing, delivering mail, answering emails and phone calls, and data entry.
  • Coordinating schedules and managing calendars for multiple parties to ensure that activities are properly arranged with no conflicts.
  • Making travel arrangements and preparing documents, presentation materials, and facilities for meetings.
  • Entering and updating company’s properties and other assets insurance and other related records.
  • Ordering, storing and distributing office supplies.
  • Maintaining, repairing, or replacing office equipment.
  • Directing, reviewing, and optimizing office operations to increase accuracy, productivity, and efficiency and reduce costs.

Mandarin speaking Administration Specialist-Reading - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Degree in business administration or a relevant field is preferred
  • Attention to detail and communication skills are essential, as is a friendly nature, a willingness to be supportive, and a desire to learn and progress.
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent English both spoken and written skills
  • Excellent communication skills along with an engaging telephone manner, to maintain a clam courteous and professional demeanour
