As an On-boarding Administrator, you will play a crucial role in assisting the recruitment team with all aspects of administration ensuring a smooth and efficient on-boarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service - provide exceptional service by answering client queries, addressing booking issues, and ensuring all concerns are handled professionally.

Administrative Support - provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, including maintaining files and processing documentation.

Experience - proven experience in an administrative or recruitment role.

Key Skills:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work as part of a team.

A positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to providing excellent on-boarding service.
