An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client in Theale as a Part Time Administrator.
As the Administrator you will be responsible for:* Producing letters and reports as required,* Distributing documentation within the company and to external parties. * Handling phone calls, mail, and emails.* Arrange and support meetings and events including accommodation arrangements.* Providing finance administration support.* Monitoring staff H&S training, organising training courses as necessary.
The successful Administrator will have the following related skills / experience:* Excellent administration experience.* Previous experience in construction / property would be beneficial but not essential.
