Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Service Coordinator for our client based near Theale.

Role: Service Coordinator

Location: Theale - Fully Office Based

Salary: £25,000 to £26,000 per annum, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Service/Installations Manager & Supervisor in coordinating service activities
  • Answer the Service Line telephone promptly and professionally, handling calls with confidentiality
  • Log all service calls onto internal and customer-based systems
  • Coordinate sub-contractors and raise purchase orders for service calls
  • Provide daily updates on assigned calls to engineers and escalate any issues to the Service Manager/Supervisor
  • Update customer websites with engineer ETA and delivery status of kit/parts

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Good communication skills and a pleasant customer-focused attitude
  • Working knowledge of A/V installations with some technical knowledge would be beneficial
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Proficiency in working across multiple software systems
  • Ability to multitask effectively
