Reed Health and Care is in partnership with a dynamic and forward-thinking Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC) committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. The centre prides itself on excellence and innovation in healthcare, ensuring timely and optimal treatment for patients. We are currently in search of an experienced and highly skilled Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) to fill locum shifts at a UTC in Southampton.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for patients with a wide range of urgent health conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care.
  • Utilize advanced clinical skills and knowledge to make informed decisions and manage complex cases.
  • Prescribe medications and treatments in line with clinical guidelines and protocols.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse, Paramedic or Allied Health Professional with a Master’s degree in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent.
  • Current registration with the appropriate professional body (e.g., NMC, HCPC).
  • Extensive experience in urgent or emergency care settings.
  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
