Are you a Romanian-speaking individual looking for an entry-level career in finance? A well-established financial firm in Reading is seeking a motivated Administrator / Case Handler to join their team.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with good customer service skills and a passion for working with the community. Full training is provided, making it ideal for candidates with little or no prior experience in thefinancial field.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with administrative tasks related to case management
- Engage with the community and provide in-person or over the phone queries support
- Help with translation and communication between clients and the company
- Maintain accurate records and manage case files (physical and digital)
- Data entry and document management using Microsoft Office and case systems
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Answer client enquiries and provide basic case updates
What Were Looking For
- Fluent Romanian speaker (essential)
- Good customer service skills and a proactive positive attitude
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
