You would help provide service, repair and installation of the full range of kitchen appliances in our customers homes. As the front line of our aftercare function you will offer excellent customer service and high levels of support.

Area of role

The field service engineer role is a field based role, splitting your time between a defined geographical area as well as at our head office based in Langar, Nottinghamshire.

The Area: Reading based - encompassing North London including Watford, Bath and Bristol. The candidate ideally needs to be located in one these areas.

Who we are looking for

Youll need a high level of technical knowledge across kitchen appliances, including cooking, refrigeration, and laundry. Strong problem-solving skills, knowledge of electrical theory, and safe working practices are essential. Training in refrigeration is required, and training in gas is desirable but not essential. Good communication, listening, and customer service skills are also key to succeeding in this role.
