  • The role offers a competitive salary of $80,000 to $120,000 and requires at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Firmware Developer required to help design FPGA firmware across the full design lifecycle from requirements to delivery. You will focus on writing firmware to be deployed on FPGAs but an appreciation of electronics will aid your decision making, particularly knowledge of DSP, Radio communication, power, analogue or digital hardware.

 

Skills

Firmware development experience for FPGA implementation.

RF signal processing knowledge, ADC, DAC and DSP design.

Electronic design particularly RFSoC, MPSoC, Ultrascale or other Xilinx FPGAs with Vivado, Vitis or Petalinux design suites.

Laboratory equipment familiarity such as spectrum analysers, oscilloscopes, RF signal generators, network analysers etc.

2:1 or above Electronic, Communications or similar degree and ideally post grad MSc and PhD.

RTL Digital logic design and HDL programming in VHDL or Verilog.

Other technologies, Linux, Git, TCL, Embedded C programming

 

Role
