The Role
As a Senior Construction Manager, you will oversee complex and large-scale projects, with a particular focus on fit-out works. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-profile, premium-quality finishes while working within an innovative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage site operations, ensuring safety and compliance at all stages.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional fit-out and overall project results.
- Monitor project progress and implement effective strategies to meet deadlines and financial targets.
- Ensure the highest standards in finishing works, meeting client expectations and industry benchmarks.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Construction Manager or similar role in Tier One contracting.
- Demonstrated expertise in fit-out projects, with a strong portfolio of successfully completed works.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, health & safety regulations, and project management.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
