Are you a talented and proactive Senior Architectural Technologist looking for new roles in Berkshire?
I am working with a RIBA chartered practice that focuses on turning client dreams into reality by providing high-quality and creative designs. The friendly team ensures every project is the best it can be and always deliver inventive solutions whilst adhering to budget, regardless of scale or size. The well-established practice has over 200 clients across the UK and are excited to welcome a Senior Architectural Technologist to the team.
The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will have significant UK-based experience within an architectural practice and will be comfortable running projects. You will have ideally managed a team and will have excellent communication skills. Revit and AutoCAD proficiency is essential.

Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:
- Significant UK-based experience in an architectural practice, post qualification
- Relevant degree or an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
- CIAT accredited, or working towards
- Able to demonstrate the standards defined by CIAT
- Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Previous work in the Care sector is beneficial
- Proven experience managing teams and running projects
- Able to work collaboratively
- Visit on site projects and liaise with contractors
- Liaise with clients to provide exceptional designs
- Mentor junior team members
- Live locally to Berkshire
- Revit and AutoCAD proficiency is essential
