We are looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping our projects from conception to completion.

As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for leading projects, producing detailed technical drawings, ensuring compliance with building regulations, and coordinating with clients, contractors, and consultants. This role requires a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong technical background and a keen eye for detail.

• Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion.

• Prepare detailed construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

• Ensure compliance with building regulations, planning policies, and health & safety standards.

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and external consultants.

• Conduct site visits and inspections to oversee project progress.

• Assist in mentoring and supporting junior team members.

• Work collaboratively with architects and designers to develop innovative solutions.

• Utilize industry-standard software such as Revit and AutoCAD.

• Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software.

• Comprehensive knowledge of UK building regulations and construction methods.

• Excellent problem-solving and technical detailing skills.
