Role: AV Installation Engineer
Location: Reading
Salary: 39,000 - 45,000 per annum + Van + Overtime + Travel Time
Technical Resources are recruiting for an experienced AV Installation Engineer in Reading to join a market-leading AV, Network Infrastructure, and Electrical Contracting company. With a strong presence in the retail, hospitality, corporate environments, and public sectors, this expanding company is looking for an AV expert to support their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Travelling to customer sites for installations and service.
- Installation and programming of control systems.
- Installation and programming of screens, projectors, and video conferencing equipment.
- Installing and programming digital signage solutions.
- Rack building and cable management.
- Liaising with clients and attending site meetings.
- Working independently or as part of a team to complete projects.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in AV Engineering.
- Experience with structured cabling installations for AV systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with professionalism and initiative.
- Knowledge of networking and IP technology.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
