Responsibilities: In this role as an AV Engineer, you will:
- Install bespoke AV systems for a diverse range of clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Configure and troubleshoot AV equipment, including video conferencing systems, audio solutions, digital signage and control systems.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide training and support to clients on system operation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AV technology trends and certifications.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial AV system installation.
- Strong knowledge of AV equipment, including Crestron, Extron, and Cisco systems.
- Technical proficiency in audiovisual signal processing and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Willingness to travel within the UK for project installations.
- Industry certifications (e.g., CTS, CTS-D) are a plus.
