Role:

A Senior Customer Success Manager to oversee and grow relationships with key clients, driving engagement and ensuring value delivery. This strategic role involves managing client needs from onboarding to renewal and collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional experience that supports long-term success.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Craft and implement strategies to increase client engagement and maximise user adoption.
  • Identify and execute growth opportunities within existing client accounts, enhancing service utilisation.
  • Facilitate smooth client onboarding and proactive ongoing support throughout the client journey.
  • Conduct renewal negotiations, securing beneficial terms for both clients and the organisation.
  • Capture and analyse feedback to improve service offerings and strengthen customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a client advocate, providing insights to cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements.
  • Analyse account metrics to assess success factors and inform strategic decisions.
  • Coordinate with teams internally to deliver a unified client experience.
  • Lead presentations and communicate effectively to foster strong relationships at all levels.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable track record in Customer Success Management/ Account Management.
  • Past success in growing key accounts through strategic relationship management.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a proven ability to influence outcomes and drive client satisfaction.
  • Highly organised, able to juggle multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a client-centered approach.
  • Comfortable working autonomously.
  • Ability to proactively identify and solve issues, improving client experience.
  • Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude to meet and exceed client expectations.
