About the Job

This role involves supporting the credit control team by accurately managing client payments, completing monthly reconciliations, and maintaining account accuracy. Working alongside a Sales Ledger Administrator, this role also provides essential billing process support.

Duties will include:

  • Handling email inquiries within agreed response times
  • Accurate data entry for invoices and credits, and managing client payments
  • Retaining electronic documents in line with compliance standards
  • Setting up new accounts, conducting verification checks
  • Completing month-end processes within set timelines
  • Conducting account reconciliations and credit card payments

About the Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Excel. Basic accounting knowledge is essential, and prior experience in finance is advantageous.
