Research Scientist in Biokinetics (2 year contract)

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality data from biokinetics assays to support herbicide research projects.
- Analyse results, provide scientific insights, and propose follow-up studies.
- Introduce new technologies and improve assay protocols for operational efficiency.
- Design and conduct experiments to validate biokinetics assays.
- Communicate scientific findings effectively within the team and across projects.
What You Bring:
- Essential: MSc and/or PhD in plant physiology, plant biochemistry, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years in a research setting, demonstrating a strong track record in experimental design and troubleshooting.
- Skills: Excellent data processing and analysis capabilities, with a collaborative spirit to work across all levels of the organisation.
- Knowledge: A willingness to deepen your understanding of the crop protection industry.
Desirable:
- Experience with LCMS analysis of small molecules.
- Interest in predictive modelling using generated data.
