Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to oversee the efficient running of the workshop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle maintenance and a proven track record in workshop management.
Experience Required:A minimum of 3 years of experience in a workshop management role is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the workflow of the workshop.
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within timeframes.
- Liaising with the parts department to ensure parts availability.
- Supervising and motivating a team of technicians.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
