We are seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Worker to join our clients skilled maintenance team in a beautiful and unusual setting. This role offers a diverse range of property repairs and maintenance tasks, from day-to-day fixes to larger-scale renovations. The ideal candidate will be familiar with general maintenance procedures and possess a broad skill set in property upkeep.
Day-to-day of the role:
• Conduct a wide variety of property repairs and maintenance tasks.• Perform general decoration and contribute to larger renovation projects.• Work independently and as part of a team to ensure high standards and timely completion of tasks.• Utilise a company vehicle to travel between properties, ensuring efficient and effective maintenance across the estate.• Manage a range of tools and equipment provided for maintenance duties.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in maintenance work, with a good knowledge of general maintenance procedures.• Skilled in various aspects of property repair and decoration.• Ability to work autonomously and within a team to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.• Full UK driving licence and own transport due to the location of the properties.• Flexibility and adaptability to handle a diverse workload.
