**What You’ll Do:**

Identify Opportunities: ** Conduct in-depth research to find employers who are eager to invest in their employees’ growth through apprenticeships.

Engage & Network:** Make proactive cold calls and build relationships with potential clients to discuss the benefits of apprenticeship programs and how they can enhance their workforce.

Target Achievement:** Work towards set targets from a cold desk starting point, showcasing your determination and resilience in achieving results.

Educate & Advocate:** Utilise your understanding of apprenticeships, funding options, and learning development programs to effectively communicate the value of our offerings to employers.

**What We’re Looking For:**

- A solid understanding of apprenticeship programmes and funding mechanisms.

- Experience or interest in learning and development programs for advancing work place skills.

- Confidence and enthusiasm for making cold calls and networking.

- A results-driven mindset with a passion for helping businesses grow through upskilling.
