Responsibilities: As a Consultant Practitioner, you will:

  • Provide effective leadership, fostering the professional development of your team.

  • Work collaboratively with the IFA Registered Manager and Assistant Team Manager to oversee daily operations, including the duty system and Out-of-Hours rota.

  • Maintain accurate enquiry and placement data.

  • Build strong relationships with partner agencies, including Together for Families, Children Looked After, and Adoption & Permanence Services, to deliver timely and well-coordinated services.
