Salt's Local Government client near Reading requires a CRM Business Analyst for a rolling contract. To be considered for this opportunity you must have a strong background in Local Government and your BA experience within CRM must be clearly demonstrated across your CV.

Rate: £275 - £300 per day inside IR35

Location: Fully remote

Duration: 3-month rolling contract

As a CRM Business Analyst, you will play a key role in analysing, designing, and optimising CRM systems to enhance council services. Working closely with the digital delivery manager, development, and testing teams, you will map business processes and provide insights to drive CRM-based solutions that improve efficiency and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Process Mapping: Analyse current service processes and identify opportunities for CRM-driven digital transformation and optimisation.
  • Documentation & Implementation: Create detailed process documentation and collaborate with development teams to translate business needs into CRM functionalities.
  • Stakeholder Consulting: Engage stakeholders to gather CRM requirements, provide expert advice, and design streamlined processes for improved service delivery.
  • AI & Digital Solutions: Monitor the integration of AI solutions with CRM platforms, ensuring they deliver business value.
  • Data & Reporting: Maintain and manage CRM performance metrics via Azure DevOps and other agile platforms, ensuring accurate data for decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in CRM system analysis, implementation, and optimisation (5+ years).
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and digital transformation.
  • Experience with AI technologies in CRM processes.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and reporting.
