We are looking for new colleagues in our Reading office where you will be tasked with winning business and successfully delivering against it. You will work closely with Senior Management to build business plans and associated market strategies that encompass individual revenue, billing targets and team/head-count growth.?

Ideally you will have strong professional function or industry recruitment experience and the ambition to further our presence across the areas of: Engineering, Water & Utilities or Policy, Public Affairs & Communications.

Responsibilities: ?

  • Generate business development opportunities ?by developing client and candidate networks and promoting the services of Murray McIntosh
  • Build out your own personal desk, revenue stream and area of operation
  • Win, develop and support key accounts ?
  • Develop into a recognised expert in your chosen field and industry ?
  • Help create and drive best practice
  • Analyse and assess the quality of business, making sure it supports business plans
  • Conduct regular business analysis, scoping and mapping current market trends and potential opportunities

We are looking for: ?

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships at multiple levels, internally and externally
  • The ability to build a team culture of performance and high standards encouraging loyalty and commitment from your team
  • A team player who can drive company vision and embody our values
  • 3+ years recruitment experience
  • The role would suit an ambitious, self-motivated individual with a collaborative nature and positive mindset
