We are looking for an exceptional Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Reading, United Kingdom. This is a contract position with a rate of around £480 per day. As part of this exciting transformation project for our defence client, you will have the opportunity to work alongside some truly talented individuals and make your mark within one of the UK's most prestigious defence organisations.

Responsibilities:

As our new Senior Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects related to process optimisation as part of this critical programme delivery. Your role will include but not limited;

- Conducting business analysis activities across multiple functional teams.

- Developing detailed documentation such as user stories, workflows and gap analyses

- Managing stakeholder relationships at various levels including senior management personnel.

- Lead process optimisation and redesign initiatives as part of a transformation program.

Skills:

The following skills would be highly beneficial when applying,

-Proven track record working with BPM2.0 Methodology

-Demonstrable experience with workshop facilitation.

-Experience collaborating with highly skilled SMEs with limited documentation.

-Great communication Skills.
