Graduate Business Development Executive - Join Our Clients’ Global Sales Team

Due to our clients’ continued expansion, we are looking for high-calibre graduates with a 2:1 or above and a strong academic background to join their dynamic global sales team. The Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and helping drive revenue growth. You will develop a deep understanding of our clients’ products and services, building relationships that deliver long-term success.

Location

This role is based in our clients’ head office in Berkshire, with a hybrid working policy requiring 3-4 days in the office per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our clients' products, services, and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify and target potential business opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Maintain a structured approach to account development and sales strategy.
What We Are Looking For
  • Graduates with a 2:1 or above from a recognised university.
  • Strong pre-university education, demonstrating academic excellence.
  • Confident, articulate, and able to engage effectively with clients.
  • Customer-facing experience, such as retail or hospitality, is an advantage.
