C.Neo Ltd are working with a well established Small Medium Enterprise in the Commercial Office Fit Out sector to recruit an experienced Total Facilities Manager within the Facilities Management department to work alongside the Head of FM mobilizing and helping to manage current client relationships besed in the Reading, Berkshire area with travel across the M4 corridor and London.

Main duties of the Regional TFM Manager will be

  • Assist the Head of FM with mobilizing new contract wins
  • Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them

  • Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships

  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively

  • Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team

  • Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes

  • Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts

  • Approach potential customers to establish relationships

  • Gain solid knowledge of competitors

  • Provide quotes for extra works on existing clients and for new lower value clients contracts (larger bids carried out be external provider)

  • Upload all information on CRM and CAFM system for new and existing clients

  • Site visits and support mobilisation with asset verification visits and work with the Admin team on any outstanding issues and responses to our clients
