This leading top 50 building contractor covers a range of projects mostly within the commercial, life sciences and education sectors - typical contract values between 30m - 70m.
There is an exciting opportunity for a Building Services Manager to join the team, playing a big part on multiple projects (not based on one) ranging in location from Surrey to Oxford to North London.
This is a meaty, rewarding and very fulfilling role - a full job spec is available, but in a nutshell, the role requires someone to keep an eye on quality (make sure checks are done, ITP's etc.) and subject to status of the job some projects would get more visits than others, notably at commissioning stage.
Must have a good technical understanding of both mechanical and electrical, responsible for multiple major projects, most probably visiting each job once a month.
