Reed Public Sector is Urgently recruiting for a Temp Facilities Coordinator for a Rescue service in Berkshire.

Contract is upto 6 months with a possibility of getting extended.

Predominantly office working with flexibility of Work from Home.

Must have driving licence and drive own car

The main purpose of the role is to deliver a customer focused facilities service in maintaining secure, safe and functional working environments within the Rescue Service estates portfolio. Operating as part of a team within the organisation Facilities Department, the role involves supporting the department’s customers from across the organisation in the delivery of an efficient, effective and flexible facilities service, ensuring that the organisation supports the community that it serves.

Assisting the Facilities Manager and working as a team in achieving set objectives by ensuring high standards are delivered across hard and soft services at all times, including the provision of planned, preventative and reactive maintenance and supporting reception services. The role involves the coordination with internal and external customers in contract management, liaising with third parties contractors to review contractual performance, addressing queries in a timely and effective manner recording responses, submitting Purchase Orders (PO’s) for the delivery of services in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) and contracts under financial budget controls.

The role will also be responsible for supporting the management of mandatory compliance inspections including reporting, recording, planning and completion in accordance with United Kingdom (UK) legislation including Approved Codes of Practices (ACoP).
