What’s in it for you?Salary: £40,000 - £45,000Hybrid Working: Enjoy a great work-life balance with 2 days working from home (Monday & Friday) and 3 days in the office (Tuesday-Thursday).Pivotal Role: As the Service Delivery Manager, you will be the key contact between our client and their customers, ensuring seamless delivery of services and helping to resolve any service-related issues quickly.Variety: You’ll work closely with teams across the business, from sales to engineering, logistics to finance, ensuring the service delivery process runs smoothly and efficiently.Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Act as the primary liaison for customers, providing the highest level of service and acting as the main point of escalation.
  • Service Management: Ensure timely and profitable delivery of services, handling complaints and managing contracts with precision.
  • Collaborative Work: Collaborate with internal departments to provide the best customer experience, ensuring KPIs and service metrics are met.
  • Regular Reviews: Schedule and facilitate service review meetings, tracking service performance and proposing new opportunities.
  • Administration: Process contract amendments and ensure billing is accurate and up-to-date.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Proven background in service delivery, customer engagement, or similar roles.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage customer expectations at all levels. Excellent IT literacy (especially in Word and Excel) and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Personality: Self-motivated, team-oriented, and proactive with a keen eye for detail and the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Flexibility: Ability to travel as required and adapt to changing business needs.
  • If You Have:
  • Previous experience in a Service Delivery or Customer Engagement role.
  • A strong track record of managing relationships with customers at both operational and senior levels.
  • The ability to think on your feet and manage a diverse workload.
