Service Manager required for our Client that are a HVAC / Building Services contractor, the customer base are mainly commercial sites - restaurants, hotels and gyms etc
The Service Manager must have a proven technical background, and experience managing a team of engineers that are tasked with the service, maintenance, fault finding and repair on a range of HVAC equipment, predominately air conditioning, chillers, AHU's, ventilation and commercial heating.
The Service Manager must also ensure continuous improvements as well as maintaining and growing client relationships to ensure contract extensions and quoting for remedial works.
Service Manager - M3 North Job Requirements- Proven service or operations management experience planning work for a team of engineers.
- HVAC technical background
- Confident leading technical conversations with clients discussing systems as well as service and maintenance works, schedules and remedial works.
- Proven client facing / customer service skills
- Basic Salary £55,000 - £65,000 DOE
- Car allowance circa £5k per annum
