About the Role:
- Customer Service: Handle inbound calls, assisting retail and trade customers with their automotive part needs.
- Sales Support: Process orders accurately and ensure customers receive the correct parts efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Work in a supportive, desk-based environment with a friendly team.
