Summary
Our client, a Serviced/Managed Office provider, is looking to recruit a Business Centre Manager who will be responsible for running their modern Business Centre on the outskirts of Reading. You will need a range of skills including Sales, Relationship Management, Facilities Management, Finance and Staff Management. You will attend some networking events so ideally you will be able to drive and have your own transport.
Job role and responsibilities
Within this Business Centre Manager role, you will have full responsibility for your Centre, where you will lead a small team to achieve your targets.This is an all-encompassing role where your duties will include the following:
To oversee the day-to-day operation of the Centre
To build and maintain strong relationships with your clients
Financial reporting including working with budgets
Sales & Marketing
Facilities Management and coordination of repairs
Be an ambassador for the Centre at networking events
Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations
What skills & experience are required?
- Experience in a similar role (other industries considered could include managerial roles within hospitality, or someone who has run their own business)
- Management of client relationships
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Facilities management
- An understanding of operational Finance
Package
- Basic salary £32,000 - £33,500
- Performance related bonus scheme up to 25% of salary
- 33 days holiday (inc Bank Holidays)
