Our Theale based client are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis to start as soon as possible until the end of August 2025.

  • Job type: Temporary
  • Location: Theale
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4.30pm or 8.30am - 5pm
  • Pay rate: 13.00 per hour

As the Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing orders on the database
  • Updating database with delivery dates on bespoke progressing system
  • Answering customer queries both on email and via the phone
  • Confirming delivery due dates for your portfolio of suppliers
  • Updating internal reports.
  • Ad hoc duties as and when required

The successful Custoemr Service Administrator will have the following related skills / experience:

  • Previous experience of working in a busy customer service role
  • Good time management skills are required along with the ability to prioritise work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Must have a can-do attitude and be able to work as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Excel & Word
