Driver Hire Reading are currently looking to recruit an experienced Class 2 HIAB driver to work with our client in Reading. This client is an industry leading builders merchant and is looking for a driver to work every Monday to Friday, for a period of at least 4 weeks, starting at 7am each day.
This role will involve a number of responsibilities, namely driving from the company’s depot in Reading to various locations in order to make deliveries and collections of supplies of materials, using the HIAB crane with Remote and Grab for loading and unloading.
The pay rates on offer for this role are as follows:
- £20.00 per hour basic rate. These rates are paid on a PAYE model, and are inclusive of advanced holiday pay.
- £22.00 per hour overtime rate. These rates are paid on a PAYE model, and are inclusive of advanced holiday pay.
Minimum 8hrs pay per shift.
Suitable candidates will have the following:
- A full and valid UK driving licence.
- No more than 6 points (minor offences only).
- Valid CPC & digi tacho cards.
- Valid HIAB certification (with Remote and Grab attachment).
- Attainable references for a similar role.
