A Carpentry Multi Trade position is available immediately with a leading Housing Association in Reading, offering a salary of £38,000 plus benefits such as a van, fuel card, mobile, and holiday pay.
Candidates should have a core strength in carpentry along with additional skills in plumbing, patch plastering, and painting and decorating.
A valid UK driving license with no more than 6 points is required, as well as good verbal and written communication skills.
Applicants must provide two work references and demonstrate excellent technical skills while maintaining a professional appearance in line with company guidelines.
This role offers 40 hours of work per week and potential career progression into a permanent position.

Requirements

Carpentry core strength trade background with some other skills e.g plumbing, patch plastering, painting decorating
A full valid U.K driving license with no more than 6 points
Good verbal and written communication
2 work references will be required.

As well as excellent technical skills, you will act in a presentable and professional manner in accordance with the company guidelines.
